Keto Cheese Crisps


Ingredients


  • 4 oz cheese, thin sliced
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)


Directions


  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Slice your cheese very thin and cut into squares. Actually, you can make any shape you want. If you want to bypass this step you can just buy some thin sliced cheese in the package, which Sargento makes.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat and arrange the cheese. Keep some space between them.
  4. Season the cheese with whatever seasoning you choose. I used salt and garlic powder.
  5. Bake the cheese for 20-30 mins. The darker they look, the crispier they will be!


You can eat them alone or with a dip. I mixed salsa and sour cream, but you can use anything you like. They are so good. Almost like a cheese it cracker. 0-1 carb per 1 oz cheese serving.
