Keto Cheesecake (NY Style)

This might just be the ultimate keto dessert! This New York style cheesecake recipe is keto-friendly but no one would know it! 3 8oz packages of cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cup confectioners erythritol (powdered Swerve)
3 large eggs
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch springform pan. This step is essential and I highly recommend using a springform pan. 
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl
  3. For the crust, mix the almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Use a fork to combine it well. It will be slightly crumbly. 
  4. Press the dough into the bottom and sides of the greased pan.
  5. Bake for about 5-10 minutes until the crust is turning a light color. Be sure not to completely cook it. 
  6. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sweetener together at low speed and add the sour cream. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Finally, add in the lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the filling into the pan over the crust. 
  8. Bake for about 40-50 minutes, until the center is almost set, but still jiggly. (You would do well to set the spring form pan into a baking sheet of water, which can prevent the cake from cracking while its cooking.)
  9. Remove the cheesecake from the oven. If the edges are stuck to the pan, run a knife around the edge (don't remove the spring form edge yet). Cool in the pan on the counter to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight), until completely set. (Do not try to remove the cake from the pan before chilling.) 
  10. Remove to a serving dish and garnish with desired topping. Cut into 16 slices.

  1. I made this for work potluck so I chose to make mini cheesecakes with my silicone cupcake pans. For the recipe I didn’t change any amounts and it made 24 and everyone at work loved them even not knowing they were keto! So good!
